The responsibilities of the Academic Board include:
- Developing the policies and procedures to ensure academic quality such as: Ensuring that the content and duration of the modular or subjects, as well as the entry and graduation requirements, of the course are appropriate; and approving the deployment of teachers based on the requirement stipulated by the CPE.
- Facilitating the Private Education Institution (“PEI”) to implement and comply with the policies and procedures developed;
- Reviewing the academic policies and procedures at least once a year.

The responsibilities of the Examination Board:
The Examination Board will be in-charge of the development of examination and assessment procedures, to develop and facilitate implementation of procedure:
- To ensure the security of examination scripts and answer scripts;
- To ensure the proper conduct of examinations and assessments;
- To ensure the proper discharge of duties and responsibilities of invigilators and markers;
- To conduct moderation of examination and assessments marks; and
- To handle appeals from students with regards to examination or assessment matters.
